Russell is a very experienced senior homicide detective. His work now almost entirely consists of safeguarding advice, scrutiny and reviews. These are either CSPRs or DHRs such as the review into the death of Sara Sharif. (BBC News coverage)
The company also delivers lectures and training, giving advice both operationally and strategically on a range of issues from reviews to advising on local and national policies both in the UK and internationally.
